George has been in the family business since he was old enough to contribute to his fathers growing business. Today he runs ideal alongside his son Greg. George has recently started to enjoy life by spending part of his winters in Florida with his wife Marian who has also played a integral part in Ideals history.

George enjoys many things, most of which is currently golf! He has been a driven by anything fast and andrenalizing. These include skiing, flying his home built plane, ice boating, sailing, fast cars, hunting fishing and many others.

Borden's Grandson Greg has been with the company in some capacity since he was 15 and literally started doing funeral service when he was able to go along with his father on Saturdays as a young boy. Then started full time with the company upon graduating from the University at Buffalo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. 

Darryl has been with Ideal a long time.

Gordon has been with Ideal the longest of any living employee. He has been the work horse and driving example of what has made Ideal what it is today. Starting shortly after Ideal opened in 1955. Gordon still helps out on occasion even if its just to stop in and say hi!

Rob has only been with us for awhile but his impact has been tremendous. Greg and Rob grew up together and remain the best of friends.

Joe is a avid hunter and a valued Ideal employee!
